TrustTheBench is an open scientific curation and forensic analysis tool. All benchmark names, original evaluation instances, dataset schemas, and research publications remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, research institutions, and foundational AI laboratories.

1. Benchmark IP & Academic Attribution

We attribute and cite every benchmark dataset indexed on TrustTheBench to its original research paper, primary authors, and publishing venue (including arXiv, ACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, NAACL, and institutional technical reports).

Each benchmark detail page on TrustTheBench provides:

  • The full academic paper title, publishing conference, and direct DOI/arXiv hyperlink.
  • Complete listing of all co-authors and institutional affiliations.
  • Official dataset licensing terms (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, CC-BY-4.0, CC-BY-SA, or Custom Research Agreements).
  • Direct links to the official code repository and test split mirrors.

2. Trademarks & Company Names

All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks cited on TrustTheBench (including but not limited to OpenAI, GPT, o3, Anthropic, Claude, Google DeepMind, Gemini, Meta, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, Grok, Alibaba Qwen) are the property of their respective owners.

The use of these names, trademarks, and brands on TrustTheBench is for identification, comparative analysis, and academic evaluation purposes only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
